Q: Lizzy, why did the chicken cross the road? 

A: To get to his lady!

Q: What is one of your nicknames? 

A: Lizzy Pooh! My mom has been calling me this ever since I was a little girl. I use to love Winnie the Pooh, so she thought it suit me well! My mom still calls me Lizzy Pooh lol.

Q: What are your favorite hobbies outside of generally being awesome? 

A: Four favorite hobbies of mine are hiking (I love hiking in the mountains!), yoga, writing poetry, and going to music gigs along the Emerald Coast. Hiking and yoga both make me feel at peace, writing is freeing to me, and music makes my heart happy and it also inspires me!

Q: Tell us about one of your heros! 

A: Hmm... 

Q: Tell us one reason you vibe with Little Miss Creative?

A: Little Miss Creative seeks beauty in all things and people. Little Miss Creative also desires to make everyone feel like a one-of-a-kind rock star. Fantasia allows her spunky and free spirited personality glow, which is totally amazing! I aspire to be more like this, so I chose to vibe with the fabulous Fantasia!

Q: What are you eating for lunch today? 

A: I have this new obsession with Thai food, so I'm thinking that's the move for lunch today!

Oh my word. Photographing Tabitha, Kelsey, & Sweet Sammy at the whimsical garden of Monet Monet in Santa Rosa Beach was easily the most beautiful thing I've done all week! These ladies were loving their precious time together. Sammy (puppy) is 11, and because Tabitha knew these were her final days, she wanted to capture their love through special photos together. I am just so at a loss for how meaningful photography can be, even for pet owners! 

These fleeting moments will now be cherished forever not only by these ladies, but also by their photographer! There is just such a unique love a pet owner has for their fur babies. I know how dearly I love my own rescue-pup after having her less than a year and can only imagine how special 11 years must have been with their "little brown dog" as they call her. 

Sammy, you are loved, little lady! Today is your day to be celebrated!

A Sunkissed Family Beach Playday | Seaside Family Photographer | Seaside Family Portraits

Say H E L L O to the Buddoo family & co! This bunch stole my heart instantly with their playful spirits, genuine smiles, family jokes, & all around love for each other! Not to mention, they were awesome enough to end our session jumping in the shore and letting loose! 

As the summer kicks off and families flood our coastal beaches, I am instantly reminded just how blessed I am to be surrounded by beauty in every corner! What a joy to highlight through photographs the beautiful, the interesting, the romance, and the thought provoking! All of which are an equal thrill!
